It is a pleasure to welcome you to our hotel which, the building had been designed by a French architect and build by Tiritoglu Mehmet Pasha. The construction had been completed within three years, with a cost of three thousand gold liras and the inn inauguarated at 1898. The building sets on a triagular land and every stone of the facede had been shaped by masons in 3-5 days of work. The interior colomns, are beatifully ormented granite, furthermore the build was the first to use Marsellian shingles in Usak. The building which has 30 rooms at the first floor had been acquired by Dülgeroglu family in 1983. It heas been utilised as an inn for a sometime and after receiving permits to be converted to hotel, restoration started. It has taken six years to restore to the original form and service comnence at 1996.
